The Admin controls the overall system and manages societies listed on the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage societies.
  • Appoint Society Managers.
  • Add members (if required).
  • Approve property sale/rent advertisements.
  • Display approved ads on the landing page (chargeable per day).
  • Monitor overall system operations.

Property owners can request to publish sale/rent ads. Ads appear after admin approval.

Society Manager (Secretary / Manager)

The Society Manager handles the daily operations of their specific society.

Member & Staff Management:
  • Add and manage members.
  • Add employees (security guards, cleaning staff, maintenance workers).

Financial Management:
  • Collect maintenance & other payments.
  • Manage recurring charges.
  • Record expenses & pay staff.
  • Maintain transparent financial records.

Complaint Management:
  • Receive complaints (tickets) from members.
  • Provide resolutions with updates and images.
  • Track complaint status.

Society Facility Management:

Managers can add society facilities:

Bookable Facilities

Non-Bookable Facilities
