- Approve property sale/rent advertisements.
- Display approved ads on the landing page (chargeable per day).
- Monitor overall system operations.
Property owners can request to publish sale/rent ads. Ads appear after admin approval.
Society Manager (Secretary / Manager)
The Society Manager handles the daily operations of their specific society.
Member & Staff Management:
- Add and manage members.
- Add employees (security guards, cleaning staff, maintenance workers).
Financial Management:
- Collect maintenance & other payments.
- Manage recurring charges.
- Record expenses & pay staff.
- Maintain transparent financial records.
Complaint Management:
- Receive complaints (tickets) from members.
